RETAIL ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)
This is a part-time on-site role as a Retail Associate at Tennessee Turquoise Company in Leipers Fork, TN. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will occasionally host private appointments for 1-2 customers to shop at their leisure. Experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a bonus but not required. The shop is very intimate with a 4-person maximum capacity. This role reports to our Shop Manager.
Qualifications
- Retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently & efficiently with a small team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday
- Must be able to commute to Leipers Fork 1-2 days per week
